About this service
Adriel Technical Solutions Limited provides orificecalculator.com for preliminary liquid and gas orifice differential-pressure calculations, related engineering checks, saved work, PDF reports and separately purchased calculation spreadsheets. These draft terms describe the proposed service agreement. They are not yet approved or effective.
Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information, verify your email and protect your password and recovery codes. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share individual credentials. A Team subscription supports up to ten members, including its owner. The workspace owner manages invitations, membership and billing; members can access work shared with that workspace.
Engineering use
The calculator uses ISO 5167-based liquid and gas methods with stated applicability limits. Structural checks are preliminary. Users must verify inputs, units, fluid properties, installation geometry, material data and results against project requirements. A qualified engineer must review results before design, procurement or operational use. A status flag, report or spreadsheet is not a design approval, OEM certification or independent structural verification.
Subscriptions and payment
Quick calculations are free with limited results. Detailed calculations, saving new work and PDF exports require an active subscription. Prices, currency and billing period are shown before checkout. Professional and Team plans are recurring subscriptions processed through Paystack; activation follows server-side payment verification. Test checkout is clearly labelled and does not take real payment. Changes to future pricing must be communicated before they apply to a renewal.
Cancellation and saved work
Use Manage subscription in Billing to manage renewal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves access until that period ends. After expiry, saved calculations remain readable, while detailed calculations, new saves and PDF exports require renewed access. Subscription cancellation is separate from an account-deletion request.
Spreadsheet purchases
Each Gas Version 1 or Liquid Version 1 workbook is a separate one-off purchase, independent of a website subscription. The workbook contains its supplied sample case, not your current website inputs. Access is granted after verified payment. The proposed licence permits internal engineering use by the purchaser; redistribution, resale and public hosting require written permission. Version 1 purchase does not promise future versions or custom engineering work.
Support, problems and refunds
Report payment errors, duplicate charges, unavailable paid access or defective downloads to enquiries@orificecalculator.com with the payment reference. Do not send card details, passwords or authenticator codes. Requests will be investigated and an appropriate remedy or refund considered, including any remedy required by applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Service-specific response times and the final refund procedure require approval before launch.
Permitted use and ownership
You retain rights in your submitted project information and calculations. You permit Adriel to process and store that information to deliver the requested service and to share it with your chosen workspace. Adriel and its licensors retain rights in the application and supplied content. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass paid access controls, disrupt the service or upload information you have no authority to use.
Availability and account restrictions
Maintenance, provider outages and security incidents may interrupt access. No uninterrupted-service guarantee or enterprise SLA is included unless separately agreed in writing. Access may be restricted for abuse, security risks or non-payment; the reason and appropriate support route should be communicated where lawful. Keep independently controlled copies of project deliverables.
Privacy, disputes and updates
The Privacy Policy describes how account, project and payment-reference information is handled. Contact info@orificecalculator.com for feedback and enquiries@orificecalculator.com for service disputes. The proposed governing law is Nigerian law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a customer. Any changes to these terms must be published with an effective date and material changes notified before taking effect.
